Sushila Mani

Managing Director, Air Products India

Sushila Mani joined Air Products in March 2022 as managing director, India for the Project Delivery organization. She is responsible for managing and growing the company’s Project Delivery business in India.

Ms. Mani has over 30 years of experience in the EPC industry. Prior to joining Air Products, she served as the senior director, Operations for Worley India where she was responsible for managing the domestic business with P&L responsibility. Prior to that, Ms. Mani led the Project Management at BASF Chemicals India, including project and construction management, construction safety and quality for large capital investment projects executed in Southeast Asia. Earlier Ms. Mani spent over 14 years at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (TKIS), where she was responsible for leading Mega Projects in Chemicals and Allied Industries, within India and across the globe. She also had a stint in leading the Strategic Business Development within TKIS. She began her career as a lead process engineer with Mott MacDonald.

Sushila holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from BITS, Pilani, India.
